Good Customer experience

On 23rd April I called the King Price call centre for a review on my car insurance policy since I am a client for 8 years and have only claimed once for a small incident. My call was then forwarded to senior advisor Thulane Malinga to conduct the review and from the onset I felt very comfortable that he want's to assist me and he reassured me throughout the call that King Price value clients like me and will do anything in their power to keep me happy as a valued customer. Needless to say that when the call ended after 15 minutes, I had a huge smile on my dial as the outcome was a very positive one. Thanks Thulane for your professionalism and the good customer experience. King Price forever.....
