Good consultants

I did struggle at first to get some assistance. The clientcare email is not responsive, as we don't get communication back from KP on that email as expected. However, when I did get assistance, the people that assisted me were great, namely Tumi Makgoba, Lelanie and Jane. I would say the internal communication needs some improvement, because I did provide an alternative number to the WhatsApp consultant, due to me forgetting my phone at home, and KP still phoned my on my primary number which I forgot at home, and so were not able to get hold of me... Otherwise, service is good.
