I am grateful that I had an opportunity to speak to two people at King Price after being treated like a nonenity by certain individuals in the company. These are Chane Barabal and Bennie Botha who were both involved in the issue of my Renault repairs which took 7 months to happen after King Prince service provider failed to service me on time. Bennie Botha had to resolve the damaged caused in a very gentle and human manner and withing a reasonable time he was fully involved. I am aware it could have been much earlier if had not been disappointed by two colleagues he instructed to urgently do something urgently but for 2 weeks nothing was done. I was crazy by that time but he became patient focused on resolving the matter while continously apologizing. What I liked most was that he copied me in every mail so I was aware of what was happening so the colleagues could not deny receipt of instructions. THANK YOU SO MUCH Bennie thank you. Then came a very professional and composed lady Chane Barrabal who made the Car hire process and challenges that came with it so easy I could not believe I was the client that nearly cancelled King Price at the blink of an eye. It is people like Chance who makes a great difference in any company that intends to pride itself by keeping its integrity and keep its clients happy under any circumstances. Client Phele! Batho Pele indeed. I was so relieved after a long time. I could smile and I actually could dance Chane. Guys continue this good service to all King Price clients. Thank you.
