Going the extra mile BIG TIME

<p>So this morning I had enough with my current insurance. Premium was extremley high and my tracker was now not working for the 2nd time.</p> <p>So I call King Price and was happy with the quote, and gave them the go ahead. I then called my current insurance to cancel, they then responded with a better premium, so call King Price back and ask them to cancel the policy as my current insurance has come back with a better deal...so I then get handed over to Andre Potgieter, the senior guy in that department of King Price. He knows his stuff and the main factor he brought across was, WHY ONLY NOW IS THE CURRENT INSURANCE LOWERING THE PREMIUM ON THE BASIS OF ME LEAVING...that really got the gears turning in my head.</p> <p> </p> <p>Andre Potgieter went even further and gave me a better premium and no joining fee to be paid.</p> <p>NOW thats how to get customers, offer them the best service and the most honest advice!!!</p> <p> </p> <p>KING PRICE you have an asset there, best you make sure to keep Andre Potgieter there for a long time.</p> <p>Thank you again King Price & Andre Potgieter :)</p>
