<p>Hi there,</p> <p> </p> <p>I called King Price on the 27May with the intension to cancel my insurance with them</p> <p>This was due to various factors including the instalment as well as not having the benefit of a tracker in my vehicle. The first consultant I spoke to put me in contact with his Team leader Gabriel Maphela, who was very willing to assist me. He asked the right questions on why I wanted to cancel the insurance and once I gave my answer, he was very quick in trying to tailor make my policy to suit my requirements for both my vehicle and my household contents.</p> <p> </p> <p>At the end of the conversation he convinced me to stay on as a King price client and I was very impressed with his professional and execllent sales s****s. I probably would have changed my insurer at that time if it was not for him.</p> <p> </p> <p>Well done Gabriel on great customer service :-)</p> <p> </p>
