Please give Sone Steenkamp a bells! and the rest of the day off for such great customer service.

I was very displeased with an incident that transpired between me, Europcar and my insurance company, King Price, that i contempleted very strongly to source insurance elsewhere. it was a matter of principal for me, not the monies involved. Sone really saved the day. listened intently to everything i said as to why i rated you very low in a survey sent to me. she was very friendly yet professional and promised to get to the bottom of the problem. she not only did get to the bottom of the matter, but sorted it out amicably.
