Ghosting the customer
3 days ago I reported that the people who work on my last claim did sloppy work and now I'm sitting with leaking pipes. They contacted me the same day and I explain to them what the situation was about and 3 days later no contact although I have requested 5 request to be contacted.

31 Aug 2026, 11:076days has passed and the leak has not been attended to, the only response from King Price was an sms to contact the people who done the sloppy work. I'm contemplating if I need to involve lawyers at this stage.
