Getting personal
I was in an accident. I followed the whole protocol of filing the claim for the insurance. King price sent an assessor to assess the damage and to write another report. He asked me some awkward questions, but, as like all insurances, they will ask some personal question. Gary, the assessor, asked me to tell him how my day went from 09:00 the morning up until the accident happened. I had to tell him what I had to heat, where we went as a family and how much I had to drink, especially alcohol. He asked my if I take medication and if I took anything that could have influenced my driving ability. He asked for a number for someone who could vouch for me. He phoned that person and asked him questions to find out whether I was under the influence. After he couldn't get anything on me, he asked whether I am a drug user. Can you believe it? How low can someone steep to get dirt on someone in order to get his commission and not to pay my claim? I am really upset about this and, I feel violated. My claim was processed, but I am not happy.
