Genuine Service.

Been with King Price for almost 2 years now, they almost lost me as a client 6 months ago after I felt they didn't handle a simple scratch and dent claim very well. After a short discussion, they almost halved my car insurance premium as a sign of good faith. I really appreciated how they treated me as a valued customer, they were genuinely doing their best not to lose me and I learned that the reason why the claim didn't go well is that scratch and dent is handled by a third party. They took my feedback on board and as promised I haven't had issues since. More recently Michael Sikuza helped me to update my account since I immigrated away from South Africa. It was a seamless process and I feel like the car is in good hands while I am away deciding what to do with it. Thanks, King Price.
