Genuine and Caring !!!

Being in a vehicle collision has been a daunting, scary and an emotional experience. Watching your vehicle being taken away by tow co is difficult. I am genuinely grateful to have walked away from the accident with minor injuries and go back home. I genuinely appreciate the caring words of encouragement from King Price staff regarding my well-being.

In particular the warm souls that are managing the case at the claims dept and the assessor, Mark, who have been very informative and treated me well, giving me as much info as possible. Followed through as promised and still called me late evening with updates. Really professional and yet very thoughtful and caring.
