Furious woman
King price claims department is pathetic. I've been calling since last week Wednesday trying to put in a claim for my vehicle that was towed only God knows where! Every time I call they promise to call me back but nobody ever does. To make matters worse I spoke to a very rude staff who lacked telephone etiquette skills. Makes 1 really question Kingprice level of standards. I guess now one has report the matter to the Ombudsman!
