Full refund please

After I have posted a complaint against king price they have called to say they will do a full refund of what is owed to me but to my surprise after waiting for a full 6 working days to get my money they still did not do a full refund.I would like to know why is that?I followed protocol by cancelling the policy 6days before commencement date.why am I not getting a full refund ?They debited my account without my consent in April 2016 because the policy was cancelled in february 2016.what is so difficult about returning the whole of it and the whole admin fee?Are they that desperate to keep peoples monies?What game are they playing really?<br> This is not a company to be joined.One wonders if this is the kind of a run around service they give to their clients in case of a claim?This is so absurd!!!!!
