Frustrating Insurer
I have been with King Price insurance since 2015, never had any claim, nor skipped any payment and always had the peace of mind knowing that should I be in a predicament, I would get assistance without any hassles.
Now I need a towing assistance which is included in the comprehensive cover but it's like pulling teeth. I'm now being given limitations while others promise to call me back which never happens.
It is fine King Price, I will pay for the towing myself but know that I will be moving to a more reliable insurer.
I regret ever signing up with this insurer as I feel like I'm being **********.
Imagine what would happen if I need to make a serious claim - God forbid!
