frustrated
I am appualled by the service i got from Stephen Seane at King Price Insurance. I have not recieved feedback from him regarding a debit order that went through on my account which i did not agree to and which i was not made aware of. The company debited more than what it should have and not the amount agreed upon as reflected on my policy schedule. This is really frustrating. Unless i am refunded and the monthly premium issue sorted out i will cancel this policy as i was misrepresented.
