From the day of the accident I was treated with empathy and respect when I phoned to report my accident. Thereafter I received continuous updates on where we were in the process, as well as fantastic assistance from the team that had to tow the vehicle, contracted by King Price. I even received a call from Nkosinathi late on a Friday afternoon, to advise me that he would be available on the Saturday to assist, after I have provided him with the relevant Documentation. I would definitely recommend King Price to all consumers for their future Insurance Partner.
