From profession conversations to unprofessional and on purpose delays to process claims

I had a mild accident on the way out of Lone Creek Falls Sabie where my car run into a pot hole and veered of the road on the 7th of August 2021. The damage is absolutely repairable. Till date the status of my claim hasn't been finalized due to lacking administrative processes and no one is forthcoming to tell me anything until I request for a call back. At first it was that they were waiting for the assessment report which took a week to be done. Then it was about my driving license verification which I have to call and resend my license. Now they tell me the police are not helping with the police accident report. I have paid for the accident report and awaiting for it to be scanned and forwarded to me. As soon as I told king price this they said they cant get hold of the tow truck guy for his side of what he saw. I dont know if all these delays are on purpose. As it stands now on each day my car is moved within different locations in the garage where it was towed to. A distance much further away from me which i initially disagreed with. Today the tracker shows the car is laying outside the premises of the garage in the open another day it will show it elsewhere. I don't know what to think nor do now as the inconvenience of not having a car nor knowing when your car will be fixed is made more worse by King price each day. Then all of a sudden I receive an email detailing an increase in my premuim.

May someone competent enough please finalize the process and get my car fixed as soon as possible.
