From Premium increase to Saving

I had my standard annual increase which I understand but I thought it was slightly high. I asked them to exlain the increase which they did but they also said they would get back to me which they did, even though I was difficult to get hold off

Anyway, I dealt with Alister Perumal who was very professional and helpful and without asking a million questions and looking for excuses he agreed to adjust my premium and it honestly is now much lower than what expected.
