From one nightmare to the other (Car Towing delay)
I called on Wednesday 22nd September for my car to be towed back to me from your pane beater. Till today Monday 27th September no one have booked my car for towing and no one is forth coming as to when that will be done. I have taken days off from work even today to wait home for the delivery of my car to no avail. One will wonder if your insurance is worthy of what you advertise. From one night mare to the other since 7th of August when my car was towed away for just a pothole damage to one wheel.
