High five to Jaco Labuschagne at client services and (short term memory loss but think it was) Charlene from claims?</p> <p> </p> <p>The mail correspondence I sent through took a little longer, but the call centre team are a bunch of overachievers :) It is a rare occasion when you are left smiling and energised after speaking to your insurance company - you guys managed to do that twice today.</p> <p> </p>
