After tediously attempting to get through to an agent through the call service. I would like to thank Laurette ****samy for great customer service and connecting me to the right people to follow-up on my claim. She understood my frustrations and made sure when she hung-up I was put through to an agent. Finally got the feedback I needed and I appreciated Lu for putting my mind at ease too.
