Friendly and efficient service
Jacky Bramley helped me yesterday with a few changes on my policy. She also informed me of information they have been waiting for that I was not aware of. If it wasn't for her, future claims might have been a problem. She was very friendly and made the process enjoyable, where I usually hate using a call centre. Would definitely ask for her in the future.<br> <br> Thanks Jacky!
