<p>Extremely poor service, about a week ago I have asked them to cancel all insurance that I have with them in an email, now they have debited my account again despite me telling them to cancel. They just don’t take no for an answer and in the process they have messed up my bank account as I did not account for this debit order. I want every cent that has taken from me with immediate effect and I want my policies with them to be canceled.</p>
