recently looked at my fiance's policy with them, was shocked to find out how high her excess amount and premium was. So I reviewed the policy and was appalled by what I saw, her policy indicates that she has had an accident in the last 12 months, that she has made an insurance claim within the last 12 months and that she has had her car ****** as well within the last 12months. Like what is that? She only bought her car in January, is that how you guys exploit female customers who won't go through their policy in detail? to top it off I have sent emails asking about this to the company's customer care and I have had no single response,<br> <br> what under hand tactics are being used by the company?
