Got debited several times for an insurance policy that I didn't request and for a car that I don't ow or qualify to own. I called kind price over and over and was told that I took the policy over the phone which I didn, was told that I should cancel ur if I don't want the insurance any more alternatively they will listen to recordings and get back to me this kept on going on still even now no one has bothered to contact me. This company is very unprofessional and has cost me money because every time I reverse the debit order I get charged and my profile is rated negatively.
Although we never really enjoy hearing that our clients have been frustrated or disappointed by us, we do appreciate you bringing situations like this to our attention, so that we can immediately improve the service we provide.
