France Flooring - re King Price Insurance - MV Insurance

I have dealt with numerous insurance companies, not only by being an assessor on flooring claims but also with our own policy requirements. I dealt with a young man - Luletu (spel?), who was not only well informed and versatile, but also enjoyed a good laugh with me at various silly questions or things that I said. He made me feel that to say no, shouldn't be on option without me feeling pressured at all. Give this man a Bell's! :)
