FOUR MONTHS WAIT FOR C3 Unicorn Parts
Am Absolute Nightmare to deal with from the time we placed the claim, they acted as if we were in good hands and could rely on them ... Instead we are getting Rude Consultants with attitude when we are enquiring about the Claim. It's almost 4 Months now that the Car has been in for insurance and they are not updating us Instead, it is us who are constantly calling them to Enquire about the progress of the Car while they sit idle and make up excuse after excuse...
Imagine the pain of paying almost 10k for a Car and Comprehensive insurance only to not have access to the Car or any assistance or follow up from the insurance.
Even now we have requested Recordings of Today's conversations with the KING PRICE to post online so that the can decide for themselves if what we have been requesting for the past 3 months Is unreasonable nah or the responses from the Consultants is how you should respond to someone who is paying their premiums religiously and one-time....

Absolutely no reply that Is satisfactory response from King Price, the nerve to give me on this platform the same response that I refused to accept when I call them.. because all we have been asking for was a definite time that the car will be ready for collection. It will be in Dec in a few weeks time and we have a Wedding and A very important ceremony as a family that is 4 years in planning and we are being held at ransom by them simply because they refuse to commit to a date a ****** 4 months down the line......yet they claim to be committed to treating their clients as Kings Hahaha. It's like clients are Slaves and clearly we can all see who is King Here.......
