I was lucky to be assisted my Tamarin-Lee Thompson 2 days in a row 🙂. We managed to update my details and I queried a questioned I had once asked about 3 years ago and I was never given feedback on. She logged a query and it was investigated in less and 24hours an updated according. That show that a customer's concern is a priority to her. Tamarin-Lee, we long for more people like you in the client care. The moment she says Hello... (calling you by name and me asking myself, how does she know its me 🙂), she lights up the clients energy already, your beautiful energy is contagious hahaha you just light up the room.
