For Once - Good service at KP

The review stars are based on a service I received from Legaiyenn Morris, who is with collections at King Price - otherwise on the overall I have a lot of misgivings about the company which misgivings they are not ready to address. Anyway that is a story for another day. The said Lady, truly a countess of service at KP called me from their collections department to check why my debit order had not gone through, I must accept I was not very nice with her as I was very annoyed by this since I had already called them more than a week earlier to inform them of my change in salary payout dates and KP had gone ahead to deduct on the wrong date which meant unnecessary and inconvenient charges for me. Well Legaiyenn was so understanding and displayed a level EQ as she quickly went through my communication log and asked me to send proof of the charges which will be refunded. A big Up to you Legaiyenn, you are the stuff real employees are made of. High 5!!!!!
