Flat Battery Assist Service - Juliet Aphane

My vehicle wouldn't start - I assume that it is because it's used so seldom during lockdown. I logged onto the website, was prompted to "chat", requested assistance, and an hour later heard nothing more. I then called client service, and Juliet Aphane sorted me out in no time. Within minutes I received an SMS confirming my request, seconds later another SMS with details of the service provider, and less than an hour after my call, my vehicle was running.
