I will like to compliment Simon Scott(RETENTION) on his exceptional service, on the 18/01/2018 he resolved my query/complain that has been dragging for over a week. On previous contact with King Price I was transferred from 1 department to the other with no help at all & the consultants were very unhelpful up until I got through to Simon Scott, he was willing to assist me from the beginning of our conversation, not only did he make time to listen to me but he also understood my level of frustration, he solved my query right there & left me with a smile.
