Faulty geyser
I took out an insurance with King Price for car and home insurance. I called them to request assistance regarding a faulty geyser. To my surprise, I am told that the geyser is not covered. When I refer them to the policy document and ask why is it geyser specified on the policy document, the response is that they just wrote it there and it is not covered. This is so disappointing.

16 Oct 2025, 10:48Please remember as with all insurers the policy T's and C's would contain the wording for all the types of cover, this does not mean that you enjoy cover for all of them. Your schedule would indicate what cover you are paying for. Kindly contact your building insurer for a geyser claim.
