Fast effective good...

I would like to compliment Laurette ****samy for the great service i received from her. I asked for a call back to change an address, with in minutes i was phoned back by her in a very friendly and upbeat voice. Changes was made quickly and correctly, plus the bonus was a better premium and excess.
