Fantastic Service! Made My day!

<p>This shout out goes to Johannes Swafo (Joel) of King Price. Now while I have always had good service from King Price, Joel just topped that, in fact he went beyond awesome! I called in because I was unhappy that my premium had increased taking me back to where I was approximately 2 years ago. (King Price decreases your premium as your vehicle depreciates in value). Then, to my dismay, I was found out, that because my status had changed, my premium would increase even more! Oh goodness, I was ready to run! And that is where Joel just made my day, my week, my month, my year! Thank you Joel! Joel was friendly, very understanding, fast and efficient, he not only fixed everything, he brought my premium down to even lower than it was before I called in! Can you imagine that! Now where on earth have you ever heard of that! Joel listened to me, he heard me, he checked my profile and before I was even finished, Joel had fixed everything!
