FANTASTIC CUSTOMER SERVICE

I received a call from Gareth v.d. Westhuizen, with King Price Insurance, as I had complained online about the increase of my car insurance premium for the coming year. Gareth was beyond efficient! Whilst on the phone, Gareth organized with his manager, that not only was the increase of my premium going to be disregarded by Kind Price Insurance , but Gareth organized for my premium to be further decreased from what I was paying before! I am absolutely thrilled with my lower premium! I wish to thank Gareth for the most efficient, fantastic customer service that he offered me! I wish most people in customer relations were like Gareth! Thank you!
