I needed to change some details on my motor vehicle policy and asked for a consultant to call me. A fantastic lady called Lee-Chane Swanepoel called and in a flash made the changes I requested and forwarded the updated policy schedule to me. This was all done telephonically and in about twenty minutes. This is what I call royal service.
