FANTASTIC

I called in to King Price this morning to cancel my services with them. I was them transferred to a lady by the name of Sherice Stone. She was really lovely and very informative. She managed to retain me as a client. To be quite honest, they managed to match other quotes but the main reason I did not cancel is because she understood me and my needs and catered to them. She made me feel like I truly mattered and that I am not just a number. Thank you for that Sherice.
