Fancy king sms's and message, no action

<p>I think this company is still in the dark about this business. For some reason my premiums didnt go out for june and july.. there was no correspondence or cancellation in june. I was then given a grace period till the 17 of july. I received an sms stating that my cover has been cancelled as off 17th of july. I had an accident on the 13 july and they refused to pay. There are several sms's during july that state my policy has unchanged and i have a grace period till the 17th. I have recorded conversations were king price consultants have confirmed my cover till the 17th of july. Its currently with my council at king price. Furthermore they sent me 4 sms's stating my car has been uplifted and is safe. My car has been evaluated and is at one of their centrs. The evaluation has been done etc. They are a bunch of bull****ters and *****. My car is still at the towing company, untouched. I will pursue to the ombudsman if no joy. They misinform and mislead people with fancy messages and correspondence. Their retentions departments chase premiums rather than give factual info. I have all their sms's which clearly confirm i was covered. I have their emails which never mentioned cancellation in june but gave me a grace period. I called on the 18th july to re instate my policy and the agent affirmed my coverctill the 17th of july. Now when its time to pay, king price is evasive. They are&nbsp;....*****************</p>
