False/misleading Advertising

I would give them a 5 star review as that is how I feel about them. I don't give them that because: 1. I visited a filling station where I was promised R350.00 fuel voucher would be sent to me, when I asked them about it there was a long story. 2. I asked the marketing manager/director to contact me regarding the false advertising, and I was told that chances are very slim to zero for me to be contacted by the marketing manager/director. I think that is poor to do false or misleading advertising.
