False information provided to client
I took up King Price car insurance for my paid up Velociti and I was quoted R390. I then opted to start the policy on the 15 July 2015 which means the policy amount would be half, plus the initiation fee.
The person I spoke to promised to also half the initiation fee.

I was surprised this morning to see 3 different debit orders by King Price. It was nothing that was promised to me and nothing that I agreed to.

There was a debit for R159.50
Another one for R190.64
And another one for R346

I only reserved the amount which I agreed to in my account when I took out the policy. Now my account is left with a negative balance and bank charges.

This is not what I agreed to.
I want to know who is going to fix this mess that has been created in my bank account?
Also, what are you going to do with the call centre agent who **** to me when I took out the policy.

I had made a quote for Kia Rio And Audi A4, but I think I will go with different insurer. I cannot trust an insurer who lies to clients just to get business.
