False information

Hi

I got into an accident on the 25th May 2022, and my car was taken into repairs a week later. I was told that my car might take a while to get fixed due to parts. The problem now is that I have been receiving false updates with regards to the completion date of the repairs. For the past month I have been getting updates that by Friday it would be completed only for that Friday to get an extension or postponement. Currently I don't have a car and this is starting to have a negative effect in my daily life.

I was updated that by this week my car would be completed and yet again this week I received another postponement.

I wasn't expecting such bad service as the process of claiming and evaluating went so smoothly but now all of a sudden its false reports and updated and empty promises
