False advertising and promises

I have been with king price for almost a year now I opened a warranty cover with them I am paying R220 every month and I’m driving a bmw 118i sport and now my car has a caution saying “ drivetrain” took it to auto Alpina spring it was quoted R17k now the policy won’t pay the guy who called says it’s a wore or tear while the car is having a noise on the engine because the timing chain is dead . Policy no: KP***.
