False advertising about premiums
I am disappointed in King Price, they have false advertising that your premiums don't increase. My premiums increased in January. When I spoke to the consultant about my premium he said that due to inflation there is an increase. Don't ever use King Price insurance.

02 Feb 2023, 10:59Here's the thing, like all insurers, we too need to implement policy rerates to keep up the rising costs of parts, labour rates, repairs, inflation etc... Which even we can't ignore! These costs aren't linked to the value of your car, which as you know, depreciates monthly. And unlike other insurers, King Price takes this into account and DECREASES your comprehensive car insurance premium every month. Retentions will be in contact to discuss.
