False advertising

<p>I recently opened a policy (KP ********** ) and was quoted a fee that I accepted. To my suprised when I opened the documents I saw that car hire was not included yet I was told it was part of the policy. I then queried this and was told my recording would be listened to. After I inqured about the results from the recording a consultant called and said the policy should include car hire. To my suprise a consult that I was tranfered to gave me a hire premium. Could someone please get to the bottom of this?This is frustrating.</p>
