False Adverti*****t

I did a quote in November and we arranged that I start in February. I made a point to keep in touch with King Price to avoid any misunderstanding. I then cancelled my previous insurance in January. I even advised King Price that my vehicle will be staying at home as I would be using a company car. According to King Price everything was fine. We planned to start the insurance in February. February came and no deductions were made. I then called them to find out why. I did not get any feedback about what had happened. I was advised via sms that my policy had been cancelled. Why are they not willing to insure me? Why did they not advise me before I cancelled my previous insurance? Worst is I have items not insured. Now I'm worried about my un-insured items. King Price was advised correctly and no one from King Price said there was a problem. King Price ******* me into cancelling my insurance. I want to know why they did this; if they had a problem with my information why then did they not advise me long before I cancelled my insurance. King Price had over 3 months to advise. What they did is *******, false adverti*****t and a breach of contract. I will take this further.
