falls promises for kp***

i took second car insurance policy last week Friday the 13 November 2015,and they promised to send me the documents and the stickers to me , because the place where i took the car for inspection did not have the stickers, since Monday i have been phoning and they promised to send the documents to me ,i even spoke to someone who said he is the manager and he promised that the documents will be delivered by Friday, i am still waiting for it and nobody phoned me or send me a message that there is a delay or something with delivery i am one of the loyal customer i have been with king price for more than 2 years, i tried to send emails to customers service with no respond. i even logged a complain to the email on their website still no respond.i phoned every time they say they will ask some one to contact me till now nothing is been done, i am so disappointed.
