Failure by Kingprice to act in the best interest of its customer by enabling a Panel Beating Company in its dereliction of esponsibility.

I have written to Kingprice three different emails asking them to intervene on my behalf regarding a return job that Fibers Coach Works is silently not responding to. After my vehicle was involved in an accident, Fibers Coach Works was selected by Kingprice Insurance to execute the repairs on my vehicle. However, when Fibers Coach Works was alerted by me via emails about the return job- the company chose not to respond and attend to the return job. It's against this background that Kingprice has failed me as their client by silently not intervening decisively on the matter. Instead of serving my best interests, they decided not to take Fibers Coach Works to task for its negligence and abdication of duty. As a result, Kingprice's conduct has emboldened Fibers Coach Works in their decisiveness to ignore my complaint. It's been more than a month now since Fibers has done nothing to communicate with me around the complaint.
