Failed me

I have been calling them since the 29th October wanted to log a claim, no one is assisting me. On the 30th I spoke to a lady who didn't even tell me her name, whereby I had to ask for it. She spoke to me for almost 30min until the call got cut off, I thought that she would return to me of find something on my email, nothing. I called again, sent request for a call back, it took forever to reach them. Finally, I spoke to Brendan, had to repeat myself again, she promised to call back until now. I don't have strength to deal with them again🤦🏼🤦🏼🤦🏼 Absa insurance is on my case looking for a case number which I'm struggling to get from King Price
