Failed by my insurance and liable party

I have been with king price ever since i purchased my car in 2022 august havaal jolion. Unfortunately december same year i hit a guinea fowl and it was declared an accident. Had a fair process of claiming. With just minor hiccups of getting the car back but it was sorted. 2025 june my car was bumped stationary by another car known driver and i followed the procedure to submit all needed information of the i even took pictures as evidence. I happened to have paid my own excess and when i called the insurance for follow up on the matter about the liable party repaying back my excess fee. 1. The liable party claimed my car was already damaged. 2. The insurer concluded and closed the case based on liable party story. 3. Insurer claimed my case was too cheap they wont even take it up with the lawyers. With the evidence of pictures and the recording call from the call with king price i am highly dissapointed as to why should i pay with no missed payments and the service has to be terrible and they beleive the guilty party and not their clients. And again with scratches and dents cancel that part because anything that you claim from that section they label as accident. I was played by my insurance
