Fail to adhere
<p>i am disgusted by King Price for the past 3 months i have been struggeling to stop them from debiting from my account. i have cancelled my insurance with king price and they revuse to cancel the debit order i have had to drive to the bank 3 times already to revurse this after numoures email to Joanne chetty @ king price and to the collections department i have received no response. every month twice a month they debit my account. i have no decided to go to the ombudsman due to this effecting my credit record aswell as my time and money to drive to the bank the whole time.</p>
Although we never really enjoy hearing that our clients have been frustrated or disappointed by us, we do appreciate you bringing situations like this to our attention, so that we can immediately improve the service we provide.
