Extremely poor service from King Price

I received the most appalling service from this insurance company. King Price has been dealing with me in bad faith from the day I lodged the claim up until today. The insurance company was not honest and full of excuses when it was time for them to fix my car. They failed to give me peace of mind and all I got was a whole lot of *******. Since my accident ordeal, King Price failed to even give me a courtesy call and check if I'm still OK. Nor even to keep me updated on the claim, up until I became persistent to know what's going on at my own cost, after a whole week. King Price is unreliable and they are good for nothing. They drag their feet when it's time to solve their mess and they don't even care about their client's well being. I've lodged a complaint with their own internal ombudsman and all they did was sent me a lousy e-mail indicating a turnaround time of 5 to 10 days of the outcome. Mind you, I lodged a claim on the 05th of September 2020 and more than 2 weeks later, the only thing that came out of that claim is a complaint that I lodged against King Price with the short term insurance ombudsman and with their own ombudsman. I am even resorting to fixing my own car since King Price wants to write off my car two weeks later which was going to leave me worse off than I was prior to getting involved in the accident, as the options they offered was going to benefit them way more than me. In other words, the options they offered was broad ****************. The way this company is so messed up, their roadside assistance guys called me on Saturday, 19th of September 2020, 2 weeks later to check if I managed to tow the car. This left me wondering what King Price was really covering me for. I definitely rue the day I joined King Price, after almost 3 years with them, all I got for lodging a claim with them to fix my car is a headache and stress. The sad part about this whole ordeal, King Price have been debiting my account with no problems. Not even once have I given them problems when it comes to paying my premiums. Just shocking how these insurance companies conduct themselves when it's time for them to settle claims. They will try and look for ways not to pay you or to under pay, just like what king Price is doing to me.
